Hi. I'm Melissa

I have ten years of experience in many different learning roles from nutrition education to personal training, and the last six years, leading learning experience for adults re-training to become technologists. In this role, I led education operations, onboarding, and created and facilitated emotional intelligence training. The thread amongst all these roles is the joy of developing the strategy for finding the most effective learning solution and seeing the positive change as a result. My L&D philosophy is rooted in brain-based psychology, design thinking, and outcomes.
