Born out of my passion for fitness, I became a Personal Trainer in 2013, working in several gyms throughout New York with every type of client. I'm an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, KBC-1 Kettlebell, TRX-1, and hold a B.S in Public and Community Health. I weave in my passion for yoga, mindfulness, trauma-informed somatic energetics, intuitive nutrition into my approach and deliver a unique plan for every client.
